SHIPPING
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Most in stock items leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays). Custom items vary based on the current production lead-time listed for the item. Some items may ship directly to you from our vendor partners. Shipping estimates do not include transit time. Estimated transit time is provided in the chart below.
Everyone here at Top Leather Helmets wants to ensure that your products arrive on time and in good shape. Fed Ex Ground delivery is used for most orders. This requires a physical street address, not a PO Box. Smaller packages may be sent via US Mail.
Most packages are sent using a tracking or delivery confirmation method.
Top Leather Helmets reserves the right to contact customers about extenuating shipping costs associated with bulky items that result in higher than normal freight costs which are not covered by the system’s standard calculated freight. The customer will be notified before the order is fulfilled and you will have the opportunity to approve or reject the revised freight. A rejection of the revised freight will result in a cancellation of the order.

Expedited Shipping?
If you require your package sooner than standard delivery
We offer expedited delivery options. Expedited orders of in-stock items received prior to 3:00pm ET are prioritized and will be shipped out the same business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including holidays. Expedited orders received after 3:00pm ET, over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped out the following business day.
Our Expedited Delivery service offers the following commitment levels:
Three Day Delivery
Two Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery
We cannot offer expedited delivery on out-of-stock or drop ship items.
Expedited Delivery cannot be guaranteed outside the contiguous United States. Please contact customer service for additional information.
Alaska and Hawaii customers MUST ship 2 Day at minimum.
Canadian orders will ship via USPS. Expedited Delivery is not available.
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico require extra handling charges. These customers will be called with the adjusted freight change.
Next Day Saturday delivery is $24.99 extra. Please contact customer service if you need this service and to verify if this is available in your area.
Shipping Restrictions?
We strive to maintain a large inventory to ensure quick delivery; however, you can expect an extended delivery date if merchandise ships directly from the manufacturer, if personalization is requested, or if a product is on backorder from the manufacturer. We will do our best to quickly notify you of any shipping delays.

Prices listed on this site are current. Due to the wide selection of products offered, prices may change without notice. We also reserve the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint
Delivery Policy?
Continental U.S. orders are shipped for speed, convenience and economy. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may choose U.S. Postal Service or UPS Second Day Air at additional costs. Some restrictions do apply because of quantity, weight, shape or size. Some orders may require additional shipping charges. If the items you are ordering require extra shipping, we will notify you once your order is received.
Sales Tax?
We collect tax based on state and local regulations. Tax is applicable to Product and Shipping. There are some products that are non-taxable; therefore, tax will not be applied to those products.

Order & Retunrs
Return Policies?
After your merchandise is returned and it meets the above criteria for eligible returns, you will receive a refund for the product that was returned.
Shipping costs will not be refunded
All promos that no longer qualify will be reversed
Refunds will be made back to the original form of payment
If you paid with a check or money order, your reimbursement check will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
Returnable Products?
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 45 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
Any merchandise that is eligible for returns must be returned in its original unopened packaging with no evidence of use. We cannot exchange or refund items that have been marked or used. If your product is not returned in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you.
Shipments that have been received in a damaged condition must be reported to us immediately upon receipt.
When shipping a product back to us, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and insure products you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.
Some items may require restocking fees to be paid by the customer for us to accept the return. These fees are due to the manufacturer charging us restocking fees to take back special order items. Percentages may vary. Please know that we try to limit this as much as possible. Items which have a restocking fee to return are listed on the website product page.
Exchange?
Most non-customized products are eligible for returns and exchanges. Products you wish to exchange must meet the same eligibility requirements as returnable products. (Please read "Returnable products" to make sure your product is eligible for an exchange)
If you return a product for a size, color, or style exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and insure products you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment. You will not be charged to ship the new exchange product, all exchanges will be shipped out as standard ground shipping.
Warranty Issues?
Items that have been put into service and are thought to be defective fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, if there is one available. The item will need to be returned to Top Leather Helmets. We will send it to the manufacturer for evaluation. Repair, a replacement, or a refund will be at the discretion of the manufacturer based on the results of their evaluation.
Important Notes on Returning Products?
Helmets may be returned, if upon receipt of your order, the helmet is not what you expected or does not fit properly. You must make this decision before you put your helmet into service, install decals, mark your name on the helmet, or make any other alterations to the helmet. Do not remove any protective coverings from the faceshield, goggles or Bourke flip eye-shields until you decide to keep the helmet. Helmets returned with any indication of use and/or alterations will be sent back to you and credit denied.
